Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, active, non-contact sport that is played with a Frisbee on a flat field. Standard play involves two teams with seven members each. The basic rules are simple: try to catch the Frisbee within an endzone to score a point. When you catch the Frisbee, you must stay in one place and have 10 seconds to throw the Frisbee to someone else. Ultimate is distinguished by its Spirit of the Game - the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and the joy of play.
